10/10/2018.- The multi-faceted actress Eva Hache (Segovia, 1972) is to host the opening gala of the 63rd Valladolid International Film Festival, Seminci, which will take place on Saturday, 20th October at the Teatro Calderón venue. Her beginnings as an actress are closely tied to the city, as she was a member of the company led by director Juan Antonio Quintana at the University of Valladolid’s “Aula de Teatro”. Following stand-up appearances on programmes broadcast by the Paramount Comedy channel, she shot to fame in 2003 when she won the fourth El club de la comedia monologue contest.
Since then, she has been a regular on TV programmes including La noche con Fuentes y Cia, Splunge and Saturday Night Live, and has presented Noche Hache and El club de la comedia. As an actress, she has starred in series including 7 vidas and Casi perfectos and has appeared in theatre productions such as 5mujeres.com. In 2012 and 2013, she was chosen by the Spanish Film Academy to host the Goya Awards ceremony.
